This criminal petition is filed by accused Nos.1 and 2, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking bail in C.O.R.No.365 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Prohibition and Excise Station, Narsampet, Warangal District. 2.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition, with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
