No. 6 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of Jubliee Hills Car Bomb case-cumAdditional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Chief Judge-cum-IX Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have entered a memorandum of understanding. A copy of the memorandum of understanding is filed and recorded.

While recording the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the criminal revision case is dismissed as infructuous.
