Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the auction notice dated 23-012015 issued by the Respondent No.4 for conducting auction of the shops belonging to the respondent No.4 for lease for a period of 3 years, in so far as Shop No.27 belonging to the respondent No.4 without considering the representation of the Petitioner submitted to the Respondent No.4 for extension of the lease for a period of 3 years in respect of the Shop No.27 situated at Sri Danthuluri Jagannadha Rao Chowltry Shopping Complex Corridor, Bhimavaram 2, West Godavari District belonging to the respondent No.4 as per the Circular No. 9 in Rc.

No: DP(1)/16731/2010 dated: 21-04-2010, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300A of constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents to continue the lease hold rights of the petitioner in respect of shop No. 27 belonging to Respondent No.4 as per circular No.

in Rc.No.DP(I)/16731/2010, Dated 21-04-2010 issued by the Commissioner for Endowments Department, Andhra Pradesh.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 03-02-2015, 11-022015 & 26-02-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI AKSHAT SANGHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Asst. Govt. Pleader for Endowments(AP) on behalf of respondents, the Court made the following ORDER :- At request, post on 11-03-2015 in Motion List. Till then, interim order granted earlier shall stand extended.
