This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4, in digging the canal by deviating the original sanction plan approved by the Government and consequently direct the respondents to stop digging the canal through petitioner's land.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleaders for Revenue and Irrigation representing the respondents.

It is the case of the petitioner that he owned an extent of Ac.0-18 gts., of land in Sy.No.169 and an extent of Ac.0-30 gts., in Sy.No.157 of Vanapatla village, Nagar Kurnool mandal, Mahaboobnagar District. It is the case of the petitioner that the respondents are deviating the original sanctioned plan approved by the Government.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner made a representation on 17-05-2016 to the 2nd respondent. Learned Government Pleader submits that the respondents are not deviating the original sanctioned plan.

The only relief sought by the petitioner is to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of his representation, dated 17-05-2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to dispose of the representation, dated 17-05-2016, filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible.
