This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of fourth respondent in initiating and instituting quasijudicial proceedings against the petitioner in O.A.No.620 of 2014 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh State Endowments Tribunal, Hyderabad, Camp at Kakinada, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to urge the points raised in this writ petition in O.A. No.620 of 2014. Permission is granted.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
