Writ Petition No.22508 of 2012 has been disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Now, Sri L.Ravi Chander, learned Senior Counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have disposed of the appeal filed by the petitioner by orders dated 07.09.2013 rejecting the appeal filed by the petitioner, since the direction was only to consider his appeal and since the respondents have disposed of the appeal. There is no need to continue the further proceedings.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge his termination order or the order passed by the appellate authority dated 07.09.2013.
