CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.28868 of 2017 29.08.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed assailing order, dated 24.10.2014, in O.A.No.6176 of 2014 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'). 2.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services (TS) appearing for the petitioners has submitted that as pleaded in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, in pursuance of the impugned order, a speaking order was passed on 28.06.2017 in due compliance with the order impugned in this writ petition. Having realized that with the passing of the speaking order, the impugned order has worked itself out, the learned Government Pleader has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.35909 of 2017 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
