Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition challenging the initiation of disciplinary proceedings invoking Rule 9 of the Revised Pension Rules, 1980 vide G.O.Ms.No.324, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (VC.III.1) Department, dt.01.11.2011. 2.
The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents has placed before me G.O.Rt.No.284, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (VC.2) Department, dt.01.12.2014 wherein the 1st respondent had decided to drop further action against the petitioner.

In view of the G.O.Rt.No.284, dt.01.12.2014 the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication. 4.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
