This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 15.10.2014 passed in I.A.No.904 of 2014 in O.S.No.112 of 2014 on the file of the Court of IV Additional District Judge, Kakinada. 2.

Learned counsel for both parties present.

As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 13.10.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
