Counsel for the petitioners filed Civil Revision Petitions along with I.A.No.1 of 2018 in C.R.P. No.860 of 2018 and I.A.No.1 of 2018 in C.R.P. No.1266 of 2018 seeking to stay the operation of commission of work by the Advocate Commissioner appointed in I.A.No.215 of 2012 in O.S.No.112 of 2002 for effecting partition of the scheduled properties in pursuance of preliminary decree dated: 17.8.2009 and to stay all further proceedings in O.S.No.112 of 2002.

Counsel for the petitioners further submit that he has already preferred First Appeal on the file of the Additional District Judge, Kamareddy with condone delay petition and also filed an application to stay all proceedings in pursuance of preliminary decree in O.S.No.112/ 2002 and all those petitions are pending and request this Court to direct the Additional District Judge to dispose of the same.

Since the petitioners have already invoked the jurisdiction of learned Additional District Judge, Kamareddy, by filing First Appeal along with condone delay petition and further filed an application to stay all proceedings in pursuance of preliminary Contd..P.2.
-2decree in O.S.No.112/ 2002, therefore, it is appropriate to direct the Additional District Judge, Kamareddy, to consider and dispose of those petitions.
Accordingly, the Additional District Judge, Kamareddy, is directed to consider and dispose of those petitions.

With the said observation, these two Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of.
Miscellaneous Petitions, stand closed.
