HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION Nos.8756 & 10983 of 2017 COMMON ORDER: (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Since the issue in both the writ petitions is common, this Court has decided to dispose of both the petitions by this common order. 2.
After some arguments, learned Additional Advocate-General has assured this Court that the case of petitioners shall be considered strictly in terms of G.O.Ms.No.33, dated 29th January 2014 and also as per the Notification dated 17th February 2014.

Accordingly, we direct the respondents to consider the case of petitioners for appointment as General Purpose Employees (WS/SEW) in terms of G.O. and Notification mentioned above. The said exercise shall be completed within Six weeks from today.

Since we are of the opinion that the case of petitioners comes under Clause (ii) of Para 2(2) of G.O.Ms.No.33, dated 29th January 2014, the respondents shall consider the case of the petitioners under the aforesaid Clause. We further make it clear that Clause (6) of the Notification dated 17th February 2014 is not applicable as far as the petitioners are concerned.

In view of the above, the order dated 23rd December 2015 in O.A.No.7099 of 2015 and the order dated 28th March 2016 in
SKK, J & AKS, J W.P.Nos.8756 & 10983 of 2017 O.A.No.738 of 2016, passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, are set aside.

Both the writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
