Pursuant to the orders in un-numbered IA of 2021 (SR No.54684 of 2021), Registry is directed to amend the cause title incorporating the name of appellant No.5 as legal representative of the appellant No.3.

All the parties to the Appeal Suit are present in person. They have filed the terms of compromise. They are identified by the learned counsel for the appellants and the respondents. The terms of compromise are explained to them. They admitted that they are true and correctly recorded.

Accordingly, in terms of compromise filed by the parties, the un-numbered IA of 20221 (SR No.54683 of 2021) is ordered and the Appeal Suit is disposed of confirming the judgment and decree dated 27.12.2002 in OS No.991 of 1995 on the file of the I Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
