Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondent No.1 and also the learned standing counsel Sri Raghu Babu for respondent Nos.2 to 5 and perused the material on record. Accordingly and in the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of and the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2017 referring to the earlier representations right from 16.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any further grievance of the petitioner is left open. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
