Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ directing the respondents to mutate the petitioner's name in all revenue records including online records and to issue pattadar passbook according to law by taking action on his application dated 20.06.2016 for the land situated in Survey No.199/12, to an extent of Ac.1.82 cents at Gollapadu Village, Mupalla Mandal, Guntur District, and to direct the respondents to take immediate action on the application of the petitioner, dated 20.06.2016."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 20.06.2016 made by the petitioner for mutation of his name in the revenue records, at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same provided the said application is still pending consideration.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the application dated 20.06.2016 made by the petitioner seeking mutation of his name in all revenue records including online records in respect of land situated in Survey No.199/12, to an extent of Ac.1.82 cents at Gollapadu Village, Mupalla Mandal, Guntur District, and to issue pattadar passbook, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
