THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 1708 OF 2015 O R D E R:

The petitioner herein raised a dispute concerning settlement of family pension pursuant to the death of one Sri R. Yellappa, who worked for the Revenue Department in the service of the State of Andhra Pradesh. Any such dispute, at the first instance, can only be sorted out by approaching the competent authority to adjudicate the service disputes constituted under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, in view of the judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in L. Chandra Kumar v. Union of India[1].

Hence, for that reason, this Writ Petition stands dismissed at the admission stage. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
