Respondents Counsel for the petitioners :

G.P. for Services (T.S.) Counsel for respondent Nos. 4 to 21 :

-- THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING

CVNR, J. & GSP, J.

wp_20318_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the inaction of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in implementing order dated 12-07-2016 in O.A.No. 2590 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal').

2.

Today at the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services (T.S.) placed before this Court Memo Roc.No. 5830/BIII/B6/2017 dated 11-08-2017 of respondent No. 1, whereby he has considered representation dated 03-06-2016 of the petitioners and disposed of the same. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the reasons assigned in the aforementioned Memo are erroneous. We afraid we cannot examine the validity or otherwise of the Memo issued by respondent No. 1 as the same does not fall within the scope of this Writ Petition. With the disposal of the petitioners' representation, the order of the Tribunal, the enforcement for which the present Writ Petition is filed, stood complied with. If the petitioners feel aggrieved by the Memo issued by respondent No. 1, they shall be free to avail appropriate legal remedy. 3.

Subject to this liberty given to the petitioners, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

4.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 24890 of 2017 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
