THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.5150 of 2019 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to issue a direction to the respondents to consider the representation, dated 06.03.2019, said to have been submitted by the petitioner.

Heard Sri S.Suman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri G.M.Mohiuddin, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and Smt. S.Nanda, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. 3.
The grievance of the petitioner is that she made a representation on 06.03.2019, with respect to certain steps to be taken by the Bar Council of Sate of Telangana, Hyderabad, and also requested the 1st respondent to take data of Advocates, who gave declaration to vote in their respective Advocates Bar Association in 33 Districts in Telangana State so as to void future disputes and also to eradicate the duplication of voter list in various Bar Associations across the State.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that so far as representation of the petitioner, dated 06.03.2019, is concerned, the 1st respondent will consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

Having regard to the submission made by learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, the Writ Petition is
disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation, dated 06.03.2019, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, and take necessary steps within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
