When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Special Standing Counsel produced proceedings of the Project Director, District Water Management Agency, Anantapuram, dated 26.02.2017, removing the petitioner from the services as Field Assistant. Against order of removal, in accordance with paragraph-13 of Field Assistants Human Resource Policy (FAHRP), an appeal shall lie to the District Collector. 2.

Granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal and direction to the District Collector to consider the appeal objectively and pass a reasoned order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such appeal, writ petition is disposed of.
