ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, (AP) The Court made the following ORDER:
"This criminal petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., is filed by petitioners/A1 and A2 in Crime No.456 of 2017 of Government Railway Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna District, seeking bail.

The offences alleged against the accused are under Sections 8 (c ) read with Section 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

As per the case of prosecution, 5 Kgs of ganja each was seized from the possession of A1 and A2. It is submitted that the petitioners have been languishing in jail since 02.12.2017 and the material part of investigation is completed. 5.
Considering the above circumstances, this Court opined that this is a fit case to grant bail to petitioners/A1 and A2.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioners/A1 and A2 are enlarged on bail on condition of their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/-
(Rupees twenty thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the II Metropolitan Magistrate for Railways, Vijayawada, Krishna District. Further, the petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer, Government Railway Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna District, on every Wednesday and Saturday between 10.00 AM and 12.00 Noon.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed."
