With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the Respondent No.2 in not removing the petitioners property situated in Manikonda Jagir Village, Rajendra Nagar Gram Panchayat at R R District from the prohibitory list and not issuing No Objection Certificate in favour of petitioners as arbitrar5l and illegal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that originally Janachaitanya Housing Private Ltd., has purchased ir:
an extent of Ac.O.O8 guntas in Sy.No.237/A situated at I Manikonda Jagir village, Ranga Reddy district from J.Kistaiah under registered sale deed bearing document No.3l48/99 dated 6.5.1999 and Plot No.88/ 1 1n S.No.237lA vide document No.78 12 /2012 dated 3.9.2012 from the same vendor and after the said purchase, Janachaitanya Housing Society Pvt. Ltd., has been in possession and enjoyment of the said land. Thereafter, petitioners purchased the said property under registered sale deed bearing document Nos.7812/2OL2 dated 3.9.2O 12 and 325/2017 dated 12.4.2O 17 from the said Janachaitanya Housing Pvt. Ltd, for a valuable consideration and have been in continuous possession and enjoyment over the said land. It is further submitted that after purchase, petitioners sought permission for construction of residential building with Stitt + 5 floors, which was subject to deposit of title deeds by way of registered mortgage deed as per
G.O.Ms.No. 168, Municipal Administration Department dated 7.4.2OL2. It is further stated that unless and until the said land is deleted/removed from the prohibitory list under Section 22-A of the Registration Act by the respondent No.2, petitioners are not in a position to submit the document. Hence, in this regard, petitioner made a representation to the respondent No.2 on L4.12.2O25, requesting to issue No Objection Certificate in respect of the subject property, but so I I far no action has been taken by the respondents. Therefore / petitioners seeks indulgence of this Court to direct the respondent No.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the said representation dated 14.12.2025, within a stipulated period of time. .
5. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent No.2 will consider the representation of the petitioner dated L4.L2.2O25 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 6.
Having regard to the made submissions by the respective parties and without going into merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.2
to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 14.12.2025, strictly in accordance with [aw, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
