Heard on I.A.No.1 of 2023, an application seeking condonation of delay of 276 days in filing the appeal.

For the reasons assigned in the application, duly supported by an affidavit, we find that sufficient cause for condonation of delay of 276 days in filing the appeal is made out.

In the result, delay in filing the appeal is condoned and the aforesaid Interlocutory Application is allowed.

For the reasons assigned in the application, duly supported by an affidavit, the requirement of filing certified copy of the order dated 21.04.2022, passed by the learned Single Judge, in W.P.No.20334 of 2022 is dispensed with.

In the result, the Interlocutory Application is allowed.
