ORDER:

This appeal arises out of judgment and decree, dated 22.03.2004 in O.S.No.65 of 1999 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. Sri Resu Mahender Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, has filed memo, dated 16.04.2015, wherein it is stated that the

dispute between the parties is settled out of Court and that therefore, the appellant is intending to withdraw the appeal. At the hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has reiterated the contents of the said memo.

In the light of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order, dated 25.06.2004, is vacated and ASMP.No.11609 of 2004 is dismissed as infructuous.
