Heard. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission. 2.

The petitioner claims to have been appointed as Technical Work Inspector on 12.08.1986 and has been working in the said capacity. He alleges that though he is fully qualified, his services are not regularised. Ventilating his grievance, the petitioner made several representations since 18.06.2014, but so far no decision is taken thereon. Since representations are pending, this Court is not inclined to keep the Writ Petition pending.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the District Collector, Machilipatnam, Krishna District, the 6th respondent, to consider the representations, dated 18.06.2014 and dated 06.08.2014, and pass appropriate orders on his entitlement for regularisation of his services, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
