This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in seizing the Proclainer along with Transport vehicle bearing No.AP 16 T3551, as arbitrary and illegal.

At the first instance, the petitioner has to approach the Divisional Forest Officer or the Magistrate concerned for the relief sought for in this writ petition. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
