HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 22601 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Government Pleader for Mines and Geology, Government Pleader for Forest and Sri G.Ramachander Rao, learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent. With the consent of all the parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not granting dispatch permits to the petitioner for transportation of mineral produced in an extent of 13.001 hectares situated in Sy.No.489/1P of Veluguvaripalem, H/o. Boddikurapad Village, Talluru Mandal, Prakasham District; and insisting the petitioner for production of environmental clearance for the quarry lease, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, ultra virus and unconstitutional.
Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the representation dated 23.07.2015 at the earliest. Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation dated 23.07.2015, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if the same is made and still pending consideration.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
