This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "..............Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to acquire the lands of the petitioners situated in Sy.No.588/2, 619/2 and 620/2 over an extent of Ac.3.341⁄4 guntas at Thipparthy Village & Mandal, Nalgonda District as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and consequently direct the respondents and officials under them not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of petitioners land in Sy.No.588/2, 619/2 and 620/2 over an extent of Ac.3.341⁄4 guntas at Thipparthy Village & Mandal, Nalgonda District.........."

When the matter came up on 13.03.2019, learned Government Pleader for Revenue was directed to produce the copy of the award dated 30.01.2019 stated to have been passed pursuant to notification issued under the Land Acquisition Act as it is stated by the petitioners that the respondents have taken possession of the land without there being any award. Today, the learned Government Pleader produced the copy of the award dated 30.01.2019, wherein the compensation for the lands in Sy.Nos.588, 619 and 620 has been determined but yet to be released.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies as available in terms of Sections 51, 64 and 76 of Act 30 of 2013. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in the writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
