No representation for petitioner in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon.

The petitioner prays for Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondent in fixing notice on 13.09.2012 at petitioner's house restraining petitioner from cultivating fish seeds in Marrikunta Cheruvu, Bhimavaram Village, Vatsaval Mandal for the lease period from 2011-12 to 2013-14, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The writ prayer even if granted, it becomes infructuous as the lease period is expired by May,2014. Due to this circumstance, the petitioner is not coming forward to work out the prayer.
