ORDER :

This writ petition is filed praying to grant the following relief: "Issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus a) declaring the action of Respondents 3 to 5 thereby removed the petitioners from the post of Field Assistants working in Kapasakuddi Gram Panchayat, Kaviti Mandal, Srikakulam District by cancelling the contract of service for financial year 2016-2017 without considering the recommendations of the Three Officers Committee is illegal, irregular, arbitrary, violative of Order dt. 31.12.2015 in W.P No. 27468 of 2015 and batch passed by this Hon'ble Court, contrary to the provisions of National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme Act, 2005 and offends Articles 14 & 21 of Constitution of India; b) Directing the Respondents 3 to 5 to pay salaries to the petitioners as they worked as Field Assistants in Kapasakuddi Gram Panchayat, Kaviti Mandal, Srikakulam District for the period i.e August 2015 to March, 2016 and pass ..."

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned special standing counsel produced the order in Rc.No.106/ 2017/ EGS/HR, dated 25.04.2017, reinstating the petitioners into service as Field Assistants.

In view of the above orders passed on 25.04.2017, cause in the writ petition does not survive and writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
