wp_28694_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed assailing order dated 24-03-2016 in O.A.No. 8787 of 2012 with V.M.A.No. 1974 of 2012 on the file of the Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal'), whereby the Tribunal has allowed the O.A. filed by the respondents herein and stayed the departmental proceedings till disposal of the criminal proceedings. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Services (T.S.) has fairly admitted that this Court has disposed of a similar Writ Petition, namely; W.P.No. 27311 of 2017 on 17-08-2017 upholding the order of the Tribunal passed identical to the impugned order.

Following the said order, this Writ Petition is also dismissed with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 35691 of 2017 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
