The limited grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that though appeal was preferred before the Commissioner of Appeals, Chief Commissioner of land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, at Hyderabad (2nd respondent), against the order of Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate, Kurnool dated 05.03.2013, in the year 2013, under the Board Standing Order 15, the same is not disposed of till date. The prayer sought in the writ petition is inaction of the 2nd respondent in disposing of the Appeal/Revision.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the present, petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent, to dispose of the Appeal/Revision, expeditiously. 4.

Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the 2nd respondent to examine the Appeal/Revision, stated to have been filed by the petitioner, if the same is received and pending, on its merits, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
