HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2620 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner - plaintiff, challenging the order, dated 22.04.2016, passed in I.A. No.460 of 2016 in O.S. No.292 of 2009, by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, whereby the petition filed under Order XVIII, Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to reopen the case for further evidence of plaintiff by recalling PW.1 for the purpose of marking documents, was dismissed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, during pendency of the present revision, the original suit bearing No.292 of 2009, itself was dismissed with costs by the trial Court on 16.08.2016 on contest. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
