THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE G. ANUPAMA CHAKRAVARTHY I.A.No.1 of 2023 IN/AND CRIMINAL APPEAL No.336 of 2017 JUDGMENT :

The matter was referred to High Court Legal Services Committee for identifying the parties and for recording the compromise between the parties. A Joint Compromise Memo was filed by the parties to that effect.

Basing on the directions, the Secretary, Legal Services Committee has identified both the parties and recorded the compromise. Memorandum of compromise was also taken on to the record.

In view of the above, the criminal appeal is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise, however, on payment of Rs. 2,000/- (rupees Two Thousand) to Army Relief Fund on or before 10.02.2023, to bring the compromise into effect. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
