ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.3 to 5 in not receiving and entertaining the applications to admit the petitioners as members of Kokkirapalli PACS as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Ms.N.Radhika, learned counsel, representing Sri K.Chidambaram, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of this submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
