THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE V. RAMASUBRAMANI AN AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTI CE J. UMA DEVI COMMON ORDER: (Per VRS,J) Pursuant to the interim orders passed by us on the earlier occasion, the petitioners have made payment of the amount indicated by us.

2. Therefore, the writ petitions are allowed, the impugned orders are set aside and the matters are remanded back to the Assessing Officer. The petitioners shall file C & H Declarations, on or before 22.05.2017 before the Assessing Officer. Thereafter, the Assessing Officer shall fix a date of personal hearing and pass orders afresh.

3. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
