Administrative Tribunal, questioning an order of transfer.
2. At the time of hearing the writ petition on 15.02.2017 this Court granted an interim direction to continue the petitioner at the same Circle in the same District until the date of his retirement. By virtue of the said order, the petitioner was continued and he has now retired. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence the writ petition is closed.
