The petitioners' grievance is that O.S. No.462 of 2015 on the file of the VII Additional Senior Civil Judge at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, is pending for the last four years and is not being decided because the respondent is dragging on the matter and this is causing prejudice to the petitioners.

Since the suit is of the year 2015 and more than four years have elapsed since filing and since the suit relief is based on Section 106 of the Transfer of Property Act, the Court below is directed to expedite the suit and decide at the earliest.

This Revision is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
