ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent No.1 in taking action on the representation, dated 22.05.2012, of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Mr.Karanam Ravi Sankar Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.21924 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
