Shamirpet Police Station Cyberabad to release the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.125t2021 ol Shamirpet Police Station, Cyberabad, in the interest of justice. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s D. KODANDA RAMI REDDY Advocate for the Petitioners and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.2035 ot 2021 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A1 and ,A2 seeking to grant anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in Cr.No.125 of 2021 on the file of Shamirpet Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 408 lPC. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/Al and A2, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondenlState and perused the recorc.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/A1 and 42 would submit that the petitioners are innocent of the alleged offences and they have been falsely implicated in the present crime. He further submits that the petitioners had earlier worked in the complainant's company and now they resigned their jobs in the said company and that in order to harass them and to damage their career, the present false complaint has been registered against them. He also submits that the petitioners are law abiding citizens and they are ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court in the event of their enlargement on anticipatory bail.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners.

As seen from the contents of the FIR as well as the present criminal petition made by petitioners, it seems that even after removal of petitioners from service, they are intruding into the business of the defacto complainant. However, looking into the nature of allegations leveled t!![i----.
against the petitioners, without adverting to the merits of the matter, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/A1 and A2. 6.
The Criminal Petition is accordingly allowed and the petitioners/A1 and A2 are granted anticipatory bail subject to the following terms and conditions:
(i)The petitioners/A1 and A2 are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Shamirpet Police Station, Cyberabad District, within a period of 15 days from the date of this order and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioners/A1 and A2 on bail on their executing a personal bond to the tune of Rs.15,0001 (Rupees fifteen thousand only) each with two sureties for the like sum each to his satisfaction. (ii) The petitioners/A1 and 42 shall appear before the lnvestigating Officer on every Saturday between 10.00 AM and 12.00 PM., till completion of investigation or filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier.
(iii) The petitioners/A l and A2 shall not intrude into the business of the de-facto complainant and shall not part with the stocks made in Gubba cold storage and they shall not indulge in similar type of offences during pendency of this case. (iv) The petitioners/A1 and A2 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
