THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No 4304 of 2018 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, written instructions dated 12.02.2018, furnished by the Inspector of Police, Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

In view of the above instructions and having regard the factum of filing of the charge sheet before the learned Magistrate, and taking into consideration the nature of controversy, this writ petition stands disposed of by placing on the record the above said instructions.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous application, pending if any, shall stand closed.
