THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.3313 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short, 'C.P.C'), is filed challenging the order, dated 20.06.2011, in E.P.No.51 of 2008 in N.A.C.No.11 of 2004 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Gudur, whereunder and whereby, application filed under Order XXI Rule 37 C.P.C., was allowed and directed to issue arrest warrant against respondents 1 and 2. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner/judgment debtor filed the present revision petition.

At the time of admission of revision petition, this Court granted interim stay of all further proceedings on 29.08.2011 subject to condition of petitioner-judgment debtor depositing 50% of the E.P. amount including interest and costs within a period of eight (08) weeks. Since the petitioner did not comply with the conditional order, the same was vacated on 19.03.2012. 3.

The information obtained by the Registry from the concerned Court, shows that E.P.No.51 of 2008 itself was dismissed as not pressed on 17.06.2014.

In view of disposal of E.P., no further orders need be passed in this revision petition and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
