Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"....to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring action of the 2nd Respondent in not disposing of Representation dated 4th February, 2016 and 6th August, 2016, whereby, the Petitioner herein sought an Allotment of Land in Sy.No.154 of Vajragiri Managampeta Village of Managampeta Mandal, Kurnool District for Establishment of Dairy Farm, as being illegal, arbitrary, violative of the principles of natural justice and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the Representation of the Petitioner and thereby to allot the Land in Sy.No.154 of Vajragiri Managampeta Village of Managampeta Mandal, Kurnool District for Establishment of Dairy Farm."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner, at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the request of the petitioner with regard to allotment of land under selfemployment scheme will be considered if he fulfills all the requirements established.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent - District Collector to deal with the representations dated 04.02.2016 and 06.08.2016, provided the petitioner satisfies all the requirements; if he is eligible and if land is available, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
