Vide order dated 22.02.2022 in Crl.P.No.1362 of 2022 and batch, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein on certain conditions including the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer, Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, on 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the charge sheet is filed. Now the petitioner herein is seeking relaxation of the said condition. Therefore, this Court directed the learned Public Prosecutor to get instructions with regard to the stage of investigation in the subject crime. Today, learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the Investigating Officer has almost completed investigation and FSL report is awaited. As and when the Investigating Officer receives FSL report, he will file charge sheet.

In view of the said submission, this Court is inclined to relax the said condition imposed by this court vide order dated 22.02.2022 and the petitioner shall appear monthly once i.e. 2nd Sunday of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till filing of charge sheet. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 22.02.2022 in Crl.P.No.1362 of 2022 remain unaltered.
