No representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent is present.

The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject suit in O.S.No.78 of 2009 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Madhira, was disposed of on 17.07.2018. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP, shall stand closed.
