HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 5419 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is ceased by the Apex Court which fact is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Services appearing on behalf of the respondents. In view of the above submission, we are inclined to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to continue the petitioner in service as Assistant Section Officer (presently Section Officer) in Finance and Planning Department, Telangana Secretariat as per willingness given by him on 02.01.2017 pursuant to the letter dated 27.12.2016 issued by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. It is needless to mention that this order will be subject to the outcome of the issue pending in the Supreme Court. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
