Gopalakrishna Gokhale, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that he has instructions to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner company to avail the benefit of the scheme floated by the revenue.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Interim order dated 13.03.2019 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
