This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the inaction on the part of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in disposing of the I.A.No.256 of 2014 in O.S.No.168 of 2014.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.253 of 2014, which was filed under Order XXXIX Rule 1 CPC.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court need not to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is hereby requested to dispose of I.A.No.253 of 2014 in O.S.No.167 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 30.06.2017, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
