This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 31.01.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1710 of 2019.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents reported that the order passed by this Court on 31.1.2019 has been complied with and the petitioner was declared as medically fit. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
