The petitioner claims to be the absolute owner and possessor of land of an extent of Acs.1.25 guntas and Acs.0.08 guntas in Survey Nos.623 and 629/A respectively situated at Vaddepally Village, Hanamkonda Mandal, Warangal District. The petitioner wanted to develop the land and accordingly approached the banker for sanction of loan and the said banker insisted for production of pattadar pass books and title deeds and in those circumstances, he submitted an application to the fourth respondent on 05.05.2015 with a request to issue the same. He was advised to make an appropriate application and accordingly the petitioner made an application on 24.10.2017. When no action was taken by the fourth respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

In spite of granting time to the learned Government Pleader for getting instructions on 12.02.2018, he did not get instructions. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider the application of the petitioner, date 24.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
