When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Standing Counsel submits that in view of the orders passed by this Court in Writ Appeal No. 108 of 2006, dated 24.10.2014, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. The counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the same.
