This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: "declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not conducting any enquiry basing on the complaint/ appeal dated 1/8/2016 against the 4th respondent and further referring the appeal dated 1/8/2016 filed by the petitioners to the respondent No.4 inspite of making the allegations against the 4th respondent which is not legal and valid and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct detailed enquiry and furnish the information sought by the petitioner in his representation dated 22/8/2016 by keeping the results dated 27/7/2016 of IIISLA 8th C.C elections in abeyance."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the representation, dated 22.08.2016, submitted by the petitioners.

Considering facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on merits, respondent Nos.1 and 2 are hereby directed to dispose of the representation, dated 22.08.2016, submitted by the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
